Vision for the Future
"We urgently need to renew academia and the scientific system, because the challenges we are facing as humanity are radically more complex and existential than those that existed when that system emerged."
Over time, I’ve developed a clear and powerful vision of the future I want to help build—and which is already beginning to take shape.
On one hand, I am co-creating an avant-garde leadership school “for humanity”, designed to empower emerging and established leaders across diverse sectors of society and regions of the world to grow together toward a new way of being and doing—one that is, hopefully, wiser, more mindful, more respectful, more sophisticated, and more spiritually conscious than the current one.
On the other hand, I am facilitating the coalescence of a novel academic system “for humanity” by spearheading a movement of scholars, practitioners, change-makers, and philosophers who are pioneering unconventional paths in their respective disciplines and developing new paradigms for the university of the future and for a science “with a heart.”
