Welcome to my website, where you can learn about my rich life journey and vision for the future. I work for the evolution and healing of academia and business, by cultivating a more comprehensive, spiritually-informed and socially meaningful way of thinking and being.
Today, I serve as Professor of Sustainable Business at the University of Bologna and as an advisor at the Great Place To Work Institute. I also facilitate a global movement of avant-garde professionals, scientists and organizations who believe in humility and are pioneering new life-affirming cultures and wiser societal institutions.
Dialogical Educator
I’ve been teaching at the University of Bologna for over a decade, offering an inquiry-driven course in Sustainable Business, with a pioneering focus on evolving economics and capitalism. I’ve also been curating unconventional personal and professional development programs, in partnership with the B.B.S. and the Golinelli Foundation.
Organizational Advisor
In partnership with the Great Place To Work Institute, I support executives in forward-looking companies on matters related to workplace culture, organizational evolution, ethical leadership and personal integrity. My previous experience as a co-founder of two M.I.T. start-ups helped me develop a firsthand understanding of business leadership.
Visionary Social Scientist
After authoring scientific books and articles on the technological revolution and its double-edged impacts on society, my current focus is on shaping a wiser, more humane science and envisioning a new, brighter future for academia. I work toward an empirical reconciliation between the domains of science and spirituality.
